Your missions

Medical Intake Specialist

  • Remote: 3pm -11pm SA time
  • Independent Contract
  • Must reside in South Africa

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Intake Specialist to join our team in providing essential services that assist elderly clients in qualifying for Medicare and social medicine services. Our company works with referrals from doctors, lawyers, nursing homes, and other professionals to help manage estates and ensure our clients receive the care they need.

Key Responsibilities:

Speak with callers referred by healthcare and legal professionals to explain how our services work.

Collect and accurately input all necessary client information into our system.

Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and guiding clients through the process.

Requirements:

Full-time availability from 3pm to 11pm, Monday to Friday (with potential Sunday shifts).

Must have your own laptop and a stable Wi-Fi connection.

Reside in South Africa.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
