Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (AEST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for an Inventory Analyst / Purchasing Manager to manage inventory forecasting, purchase orders, and supplier communication. The role also includes maintaining stock levels, solving 3PL issues, and updating product data in Shopify. The ideal candidate will have strong financial and data analysis skills and be highly proficient in Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Analysis and Forecasting: Manage and analyze inventory levels and create accurate forecasting reports.
  • Purchase Orders: Create and submit purchase orders, managing shipments with European suppliers and shipping agents.
  • 3PL Coordination: Work with the 3PL and internal teams to solve stock issues and ensure up-to-date stock reports.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain product information and stock levels in Shopify.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve inventory processes and systems for better efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in inventory management and financial analysis.
  • Skills: Proficient in Google Sheets, with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and shipping agents.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Notion Experience: Experience using Notion is highly desirable.
  • Project Management: Experience in project management is a plus.
  • SOP Documentation: Experience documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) is a valuable asset.
