Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage and record financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments. The role also includes light payroll edits, and the ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks such as updating meeting agendas and sending recurring reports as time allows. The ideal candidate will have experience using QuickBooks Online and be comfortable with general bookkeeping responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Transaction Management: Record and maintain financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, invoices, and payments.
  • Payroll Support: Assist in light payroll edits as needed.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare and send recurring/weekly financial reports.
  • Administrative Support: Help with administrative tasks, such as updating meeting agendas and handling communications when necessary.
  • Software Proficiency: Work within QuickBooks Online to manage all financial records and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in bookkeeping, with proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Communication: Good communication skills in English.

  • Administrative Support: Ability to assist with tasks like updating meeting agendas and sending weekly reports, as time allows.
