Description

The Commission analyst is responsible for the ongoing support and administration of Monday.com incentives plans. In this role, you will work with multiple partners and stakeholders across the organization to ensure data accuracy, meet payment timelines, train managers on different elements of the plan, and be involved in the sales compensation design processes. of sales compensation.

About The Role

In your role as a commission analyst at monday.com, you will oversee the following:

  • Support and administer the sales compensation process, end-to-end, to ensure accurate and timely bonus calculations.
  • Influence and implement sales incentive policy plan changes and commission parameters for new roles.
  • Conduct detailed reviews and lessons learned following each commission cycle and stay up to date with the best practices in the market to feed continuous improvements in the commission process, tools, communication, and training.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual commissions tracking per different stakeholders needs.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and identify issues and correct as needed.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Operations team, Sales Leadership, and HRBPs to ensure data accuracy and full understanding and support.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that inputs and assumptions included in the commission's calculations are accurate and reasonable.
  • Execute ad hoc analysis and projects as needed to inform and influence management decision-making.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as a direct commissions analyst
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Management 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel with the ability to work fast on big databases.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of transactional activity effectively.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced, forward-moving environment. Team player, can-do attitude, flexible.
  • Highly responsible, very detailed oriented, and organized (Attention to details, follow-up, time management, and prioritization skills), self-motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Salesforce - An advantage
