Our flagship product suite—including computer-aided dispatch, mobile data client, and records management systems—empowers 9-1-1 dispatchers, police, firefighters, and EMS personnel to ensure the safety of their communities, from the first call to prosecution.

The Role

As a Sales Executive with ICS, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, from lead generation to signed contracts. You will work closely with our VP of Sales to understand customer needs and align those with our product offerings. You’ll need to manage your time effectively to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize opportunities, all while focusing on building long-term relationships with public safety agencies.


This role offers flexibility to work either from our McKinney office or remotely from anywhere in Texas. As a Sales Executive, you will also travel 50%-75% of the time to meet clients, attend industry events, and strengthen relationships within the public safety sector.


What You'll Bring

  • Previous sales experience in the software industry (preferred)
  • Previous experience in the public safety sector (preferred)
  • Strong phone presence and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Team player who embraces accountability
  • Willingness to travel 50%-75% of the time
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
