- Provide technical support for Cardiac Management Solutions products
- Analyze and troubleshoot product issues, offering timely resolutions
- Document customer interactions for future reference and improvement
- Identify and report product deficiencies and suggest enhancements
- Participate in team meetings to discuss product and service improvements
