Description of the role: Project professional who manages complex relationships with customer site during entire Migration phase, tracks and coordinates all moving pieces of the Migration from start to end, and is the first level of escalation for migration team.* Manages migration services deliverables throughout migration project including milestones and project schedule* Develops and maintains consistent standards for project delivery - Reviews project proposals* Confers with implementation team, management or account management to locate the appropriate parties to provide technical advice.* Creates and communicates status reporting for both internal and external purposes* Manages project closure and handoff to Account Manager and Help DeskEducation / Experience Required: Duties and tasks are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Typically 5 years of customer-facing, consultative work or related experience needed. Preferred experience includes Soarian Financials (RevElate). WIll also consider Millennium Revenue Cycle knowledge. - Travel - 0-20%About the team: The Center for Excellence migration work is critical to the success of RevElate deployment to the market; the CoE team will be deploying the RevElate software to our customer base to ensure value of platform is achieved.

Responsibilities

Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project specifications, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.

US: Hiring Range: from $69,800 - $158,200 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
