As a digital solutions consultant on our information and digital solutions team, you’ll work interactively across business services and technology organizations to drive companywide transformational digital capabilities. Your natural ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential for success.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and implement process improvement strategies aligned with the firm’s goals through expert advice to senior management on process optimization opportunities and benefits
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and product lines to gather insights and input for process improvement and digital-first adoption
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to streamline operations and enhance decision-making utilizing data, analytics, and reporting tools to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
  • Support and guide process improvement initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation while minimizing disruption
  • Conduct stakeholder discovery and practical workshops in support of problem definition and process mapping to drive documentation such as user journey maps, business requirement documents, and process flows as decision-making support documents
  • Document process changes and create training materials for staff to ensure effective and consistent adoption of improved processes
  • Support change management efforts to confirm teams embrace and adopt new processes

Core Strengths and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, organizational development, or related field; Master's degree a plu
  • 10 years’ experience in process improvement, business consulting, or a similar role within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and delivering tangible results
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • 5+ years’ experience working with any of the following: Salesforce, ServiceNow, Power Platform, Microsoft M365
  • Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management desirable
  • Project management experience and certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) desirable
  • A positive attitude, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are a must
