Key responsabilities:
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, installation, validation, and maintenance on assigned equipment.
- Lead and coach less experienced engineers while communicating with customers and handling their concerns.
- Engage team members to ensure issue status awareness and partner with customers for value-added services.
- Maintain customer service logs, manage cycles, and utilize escalation processes as needed.
- Collaborate with commercial teams, identify sales leads, and support business growth strategies.
