Roles & Responsibilities-

Provide L2/3 Support for multiple Applications in Production Environment

Communicate with end Users/Business and work towards closure of Incidents/Service Requests/Problems and Change Requests

Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including account setups, Installations, Data fixes, System Configuration changes & Code changes

Own Life Cycle of assigned applications along with proactive maintenance activities (Upgrade, hot fixes etc.)

Ensure that assigned tickets are resolve within SLAs by coordinating with internal/external teams and various Client departments

Continuous contribution towards knowledge base. Create, update necessary documentation to record and maintain critical information

Skills-

Emerson Delta V, Aspen Historian, DMC, AEMS /PCS, Particulate Monitor Early Warning System

ITIL Processes (Incident Management/Service Request Management /Problem Management and Change Management)

Hands on experience with any one of the ticketing tools (i.e. ServiceNow/BMC Remedy)

Good knowledge about implementation/deployment of Web/Desktop based applications

Hands on experience on Windows environment (Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016 & 2019 & Win 10 etc.)

Good understanding of Active Directory, Citrix and Virtual Machine based deployment

Expertise in any one the DBMS e.g. MS SQL, Oracle & MS Access

Expert in one of the development technologies (Dot Net, Java etc.) and related platforms (e.g. Visual Studio, Eclipse etc.)

Application Life Cycle Management tool e.g. TFS, HP ALM, JIRA etc.

Self-motivated, excellent communication and interpersonal client facing skills

Experience with Manufacturing Clients and plant visits

Good understanding of ISA-95 models

Understanding of Process and discrete manufacturing business processes

Must Have

i) ASPEN Scheduling and Scripting

ii) Manufacturing Domain experience

Desirable

i) Support experience in Sample Manager LIMS, ASPEN MES and other manufacturing applications

ii) ASP.NET,C# , MS SQL

iii) OSI-PI, ASPEN IP21, Aspen Process Explorer

Work Authorization

Compensation: - Comp will be in the Range of $110 K to $130 K Range. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. Application will be accepted till 09/29/2024
