About The Role

In a highly competitive and saturated marketplace creating visually stunning, impactful and effective creative work is essential. We want to create industry-leading, world class work that’s truly beautiful, smart, and effective.

You will be providing artwork and design services. You will take artwork briefs from the client and therefore the role demands a consistent and accurate approach to layout and design to fulfil the brief within agreed timescales. Taking personal responsibility for client liaison on allocated jobs, time management and the completion of timesheets are all important requirements. Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills are essential, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Undertake artwork to the client’s brief and exacting standards.
  • Develop an effective working relationship with colleagues and client and provide excellent customer service.
  • Effectively manage workloads within agreed timescales.
  • Proactively monitor artwork quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Good technical knowledge and experience in a wide range of collateral for both print and digital.
  • Take responsibility for continued professional development.
  • Work proactively under own initiative and as part of the design team.
  • Where applicable/necessary, guide and lead mid and junior members of the team.
  • Complete timesheets.

What You’ll Need

  • Ability to work accurately and provide consistent artwork quality
  • Ability to adhere to brand guidelines
  • Experience in management of artwork collateral
  • Experience in creation of a wide range of art-work collateral, such as print and digital adaptations, re-touching, image manipulation, packaging, POS materials
  • Creative art-working skills are a bonus
  • Experience of client liaison
  • Excellent customer service, teamwork, and time management skills
  • You must be confident with clients, and have a consistent record of taking, interpreting and delivering design projects, within agreed upon timeframes.
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – principally InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • POS Experience.
  • Knowledge of cutter guides is required.
  • e-mailers, banners, and digital experience.
  • Relevant degree or diploma.
  • Multi-market experience.
