Your new role

An ambitious education trust has an exciting 9 month FTC project for an experience (education) recruitment/resourcing specialist.

You'll play a pivotal role in providing support to HR and other colleagues with hard to fill/ hard to recruit for positions and will build knowledge and understanding of good recruitment and resourcing practices across their network of schools.

This role will collaborate with HR Business Partners and members of the HR Community to devise and execute innovative strategies to address hiring challenges in schools, thereby enhancing our ability to attract and retain exceptional talent.

Key responsibilities will include providing targeted support and stakeholder training. Talent attraction, engagement and retention. Support employer branding initiatives and work to develop talent pipelines. Budgeting, compliance support and collaboration with procurement.

What You'll Need To Succeed

You'll be a seasoned recruitment/resourcing expert ideally within education or a similar regulated sector.

You have a track record of leading projects with a strategic mindset. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and can organise your own work for optimum effectiveness, often with competing priorities in challenging timescales.

Also, intellectual curiosity, openness to learning and a willingness to consider new ways of doing things. An ability to understand, analyse and interpret a range of information from different sources will be key, as will strong emotional intelligence to develop credibility and trust quickly.

**This is a home-based contract where much of your interaction will be virtual, but applicants must possess a full clean driving licence and have the ability to travel nationally up to 3 days per week by car**
