Job Description

  • Lead from the front in generating business, as well as winning and leading key accounts
  • Promote a service excellence approach to clients and candidates
  • Manage recruitment processes end to end with full candidates and client responsibility
  • Support the team in their development and revenue generation
  • Help grow the team through identification, acquisition and development of new Consultants

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 3 years technology recruitment experience
  • Track record of high personal billings or consistently achieving targets
  • Track record of delivering success through team results
  • Track record of building and managing relevant and successful client/candidate relationships
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Strong networking and client development attributes
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Collaborative attitude
