About the role:

We currently have a vacancy for a Residential Digital Quality Manager to assist in managing the digital valuation expansion, achieving operational and service excellence aligned to client expectations and company goals for Opteon.

The operational focus will involve some of the following but is not limited to:

• Support and assist the Opteon business in the implementation of new initiatives and business plan requirements.
• Play an active role in the ongoing coaching, training, and mentoring of Valuers to ensure Opteon provides a client focused team, meeting customer expectations and compliance;
• Complete and review valuation reports/assessments to improve quality assurance, limit business risk and increase customer satisfaction.
• Complete valuation audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Identify areas within the valuation business where quality control and compliance measures are required. 

What are we looking for?

• CPV qualified with ideally at least 5 years of industry experience 
• Strong knowledge base and understanding of the residential property industry 
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Quick decision making
• Exceptional customer service and stakeholder communication 
• A passion for property and an ambitious and positive attitude for technology
