Investment Associate

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Investment Associate to join our dynamic team. You will support our investment operations with financial modeling, presentations, industry research, drafting term sheets, reviewing transaction documentation, and providing administrative assistance. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience in banking, consulting, or a Big 4 accounting firm and a desire to advance their career in investment management.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models, analyze financial statements, and prepare valuation models (DCF, comparable company analysis).
• Presentation Preparation: Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations and pitch documentation for stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Industry Research: Conduct comprehensive research and market analysis, providing insights and recommendations.
• Drafting and Reviewing Documents: Prepare term sheets, review transaction documentation, and collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance.
• Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and maintaining client relationships.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field with at least 3-5 years experience in investment banking, consulting, or at a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel skills, and PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with experience in drafting term sheets and reviewing transaction documentation.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred: CFA or CPA designation, experience with financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ), and knowledge of investment principles and financial markets.
