Job description

GoTeam is looking for a highly skilled Project Manager with a proven track record in managing operations using ClickUp. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to drive successful project outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our project workflows, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage project operations within ClickUp, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, assigned, and tracked effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project objectives, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans within ClickUp, monitoring progress, adjusting timelines, and reallocating resources as needed.
  • Identify potential project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders and ensuring open lines of communication.
  • Analyze existing workflows within ClickUp, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on best practices for using ClickUp, ensuring consistent usage across the organization.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to improve project management processes and tools.


Required Skills

  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills. The candidate should be comfortable interacting regularly with customers, representing the company both front and back of the house.
  • Experience with Website and Digital Marketing (SEO & Paid Marketing) Projects.
  • Experience with HubSpot Projects.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on managing operations within ClickUp.
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects from inception to completion, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Proficient in using ClickUp for project management, including task management, workflow optimization, and team collaboration.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred but not required.
