We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Junior ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience working with the ServiceNow ITSM module and a basic understanding of scripting and coding. The Junior ServiceNow Developer will support the development and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform, contributing to process improvements and automation efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Work closely with various teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to understand requirements and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.

  • Maintain and update existing ServiceNow platform and configurations as needed.

  • Utilize thorough knowledge of the ITSM module to support and enhance incident, problem, change, and request management processes.

  • Write, test, and debug basic scripts and code to support ServiceNow applications and integrations.

  • Collaborate with senior developers to ensure code quality and best practices are maintained.

  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within the ServiceNow platform.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and other relevant scripting languages.

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow administration and development, including form design, workflow configuration, and UI customization.

  • Experience with Employee Center, Performance Analytics, Flow Designer, or other ServiceNow modules is advantageous.

 

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
