Your missions

Description:

Inviting Lead Automation QA to join a growing medical device industry account. Our client is the global leader company of healthcare solutions, which contributes to human welfare by application of biomedical engineering in the research, design, manufacture, and sale of instruments or appliances that alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life for people around the world.

Our team focuses on designing, developing, and testing embedded software for medical devices, where the software has strong restrictions on safety and quality.

Requirements:


  • 4+ years of experience in software development and automation testing, with a strong emphasis on GUI testing.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
  • Experience with automation frameworks such as Squish.
  • Experience working with embedded Linux platforms
  • Experience with Gherkin notation
  • Experience with Qt framework and C++ programming language will be a plus
  • Experience with lab equipment (power supply, meters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.)
  • Experience in hardware automation, including the ability to interface with physical devices, sensors, and actuators.
  • Experience improving and maintaining the efficiency of the test process/tooling.
  • Understanding of electronics and experience with microcontrollers or similar hardware would be a plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of modern development patterns.
  • Analytical skills that aid in reaching product goals and quarterly outcomes.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Clarity in communication, both verbal and written.

  • Define, maintain, code, and apply automated tests within the release cycle
  • Design, implement, and manage automation frameworks for testing both software applications and physical devices
  • Identify, recommend, and document testing  strategies & standards
  • Interface with physical devices and automated machines
  • Writing test scenarios with Gherkin syntax
  • Perform manual testing if needed
  • Continuously learn and apply industry best practices on modern software delivery practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware and software integration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accomplish project and product objectives
