DP World is seeking a passionate RPA Specialist based in Poland to be part of our Technology Transformation team in Europe.
As an RPA Specialist, you would ensure implementation, optimization, maintenance, and support of Robotic Process Automation solutions within the organization. You would collaborate in designing and implementing solutions within a team of automation professionals as well as individually deliver effective state of the art RPA solutions with the goal to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
Your responsibilities:
• Conducting thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation, while working closely with business units to gather requirements, assess feasibility, and define automation strategies before implementation.
• Supporting the development, configuration, and testing of RPA solutions using industry-leading tools and technologies.
• Assisting in the deployment and rollout of automation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and best practices.
• Configuring automation software, conducting testing, and providing user training and support.
• Designing test strategies, executing test cases, and managing defects to ensure the reliability and compliance of RPA solutions.
• Monitoring the performance of deployed RPA solutions, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure a seamless operational flow.
• Conducting maintenance constantly, updates, and enhancements to optimize automation workflows and maximize ROI.
• Creating detailed documentation for RPA bots, including design specifications, configuration settings, logic flowcharts, and exception handling mechanisms, with the goal of facilitating knowledge sharing and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Your profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, logistics, or equivalent professional experience within the logistics and supply chain industry.
• A minimum of 1 year of previous work experience in RPA and automation with a proven track record of successful implementation, preferably in the logistics industry.
• An obtained certification in RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or ABBYY would be preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of RPA concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Basic programming experience in VB, C#, or Python.
• Excellent English language communication skills, while fluency in Polish or in German would be a plus.
• Effective familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in creating detailed technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Strong problem-solving skills, both independently and as part of a team.
