We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our team, Femia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch new and scale Femia ads on Meta

  • Do detailed analytics of performance, find growth points and use them

  • Discover new ads approaches on market and tests them

Required skills

  • Experience with B2C mobile products at various stages.

  • Hands-on expertise in managing META advertising accounts, including multiple campaigns and high budgets, with a focus on performance and business goals.

  • Familiarity with subscription-based apps, especially iOS-first, and Web-to-App flows.

  • Knowledge of iOS App Flow and MMP, including tracking, SKAN (SKAdNetwork), and Web-to-App attribution.

  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, with the ability to generate new ideas for testing flows and creatives.

  • Data-driven mindset, capable of translating data and insights into actionable plans.

  • Creative thinking, with the ability to approach problems from new perspectives.

  • English proficiency at B2 level
