Our Product marketing team consists of driven and energetic people. They’re responsible for the direction and planning of the company’s product marketing efforts to engage, retain, and help our customers succeed as business owners. In this position, you’ll be responsible for leading the marketing strategy and activities to ensure the growth and success of the apparel product category.

  • Having ownership of user experience, discoverability, and education on a product category

  • Following industry trends, competitor activities, and product performance to lead activities that retain and engage customers

  • Effectively collaborating with different teams in marketing and other departments

  • Developing new or improving existing workflows to ensure effective communication and collaboration

What we expect from you:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, category management, or a similar role

  • Strong understanding of market research techniques, go-to-market strategies, and product lifecycle management

  • Proven track record of successfully executing product and category campaigns and promotions

  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive product category success and align with company goals

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and product performance, and translate insights into actionable strategies

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience with leading marketing of a global product category will be considered as an advantage.

What we offer:
  • Monthly salary EUR 2,200–2,600 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills

  • All the resources and tools to perform your tasks (choose between Mac or Windows)

  • An opportunity to work remotely or in a modern and welcoming office in Rīga

  • Flexible working hours (start your day as late as 11 a.m.)

  • Free and healthy lunch at the office
