You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.

To drive achievement of the Group’s strategic deliverables by holding accountability for global strategic planning. The position is responsible for leading the business on managing organizational strategy and driving alignment of strategy between regions, countries and functions. 

The position will focus on high performance delivery and effective contribution to Telix’s strategy and delivery, and upholding and role modelling Telix’s Mission, Purpose and Values.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Strategic Leadership and Development:
    • Develop and refine the corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term vision for market leadership in diagnostic radiopharmaceuticals.
    • Lead the strategic planning process, including the identification of market opportunities, competitive analysis, and potential partnerships or acquisitions.
  • Market Research and Insights:
    • Oversee the design and execution of comprehensive market research initiatives to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
    • Translate market research findings into actionable strategies to guide product development, marketing, and sales efforts, with a focus on expanding the market share of existing products like Illuccix and launching new diagnostics.
  • Portfolio and Pipeline Management:
    • Manage the strategic direction of the company’s product portfolio, ensuring a balanced mix of commercialized products and innovative pipeline candidates.
    • Work closely with R&D to prioritize and advance clinical-stage products, ensuring they meet market demands and regulatory requirements.
  • Commercialization Strategy:
    • Drive the global commercialization strategy for new diagnostic imaging agents, working in tandem with the marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
    • Ensure that market access strategies are aligned with regulatory requirements across different regions, with a particular focus on expanding into new geographies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, industry partners, and investors, to support the company’s strategic objectives.
    • Represent the company at industry events and forums, positioning it as a leader in the radiopharmaceutical space.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial and operational goals.
    • Provide regular reports to the executive team and board of directors on the status of strategic initiatives, market trends, and potential risks.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
    • Foster a culture of innovation by staying abreast of technological advancements and market shifts, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the industry.
    • Drive continuous improvement in strategic planning processes, leveraging data and analytics to enhance decision-making.

Education and Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in business, marketing or related field required; Masters or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years’ experience in product management, management consulting, marketing or strategic function required.
  • Specific background and experience in sales force productivity, go-to-market strategies, channel strategies to accelerate the business
  • Precision medicine experience strongly desired
  • Strong planning, analytics and communication skills
  • Exceptional Excel / data management skills
  • Proven strategic thinking with track record for delivering superior business results
