About the Role: 
As a UI/UX Designer at Speexx, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our digital language training and business coaching solutions. You will work cross-functionally with developers, QA, and other stakeholders to conduct user research, develop prototypes, and design intuitive interfaces that meet the needs of our users. Your creativity and user-centered approach will be crucial in both the discovery and design development stages. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a global, dynamic team and have a positive impact on the Learning & Development Tech industry from day one.  

What You’ll Do:   

• User Research & Testing: Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and validate design concepts. 
• Discovery & Design Development: Participate in the discovery phase to identify user needs and design development to create solutions that enhance user experience. 
• Prototyping: Create prototypes to visualize design concepts and iterate based on user and stakeholder feedback. 
• Designing Emails: Design engaging and responsive email templates for various communication needs. 
• Design System Development: Develop and support a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across all products. 

What We Look For:  

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a UI/UX designer, preferably in the B2B or SaaS industry. 
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, processes, and end results. 
• Tools: Proficiency in Figma and other design tools. 

• Skills: Strong communication skills, creativity, and a user-centered approach to problem-solving. 
• Language: Fluency in English is a MUST; knowledge of other languages like German or Spanish is a plus.
