As we expand, security is a top priority, and we're seeking a skilled Senior IT Security Specialist to join our team.They will be the sole individual in this area of the business and they will need to be comfortable with hands-on work as well as planning mid to long term company needs.



Your Mission:

You will be responsible for protecting our digital assets, ensuring the security of our systems, networks, and data. You'll play a crucial role in identifying potential vulnerabilities, implementing robust security measures, and responding to security incidents. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about safeguarding technology infrastructure.


  • Security Strategy: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies, protocols, and procedures.

  • Devices: Handle and oversee device and end-point security.

  • Risk Assessment: Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and penetration tests to identify and mitigate potential risks.

  • Incident Response: Lead the investigation and response to security incidents, working with stakeholders across the company to ensure issues are resolved while minimizing impact.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for data protection and privacy.

  • User Training: Educate employees on security best practices and conduct regular training sessions to promote awareness.

  • Reporting: Generate detailed reports on the security status of the organization, including incident reports and risk analysis.
