Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting initial outreach to potential acquisition targets, managing ongoing communications, and building and maintaining detailed records of interactions in a CRM system. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a persistent approach to business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Outreach: Identify potential acquisition targets from a provided list and engage them via email and phone to explore potential for partnership or acquisition.
  • CRM Management: Build and maintain a CRM database to track interactions with potential acquisition targets, ensuring all communication is logged and information is up-to-date.
  • Communication Management: Craft and send personalized emails and make phone calls to potential targets. Follow up diligently to increase engagement rates.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential targets, understanding their business needs and how they align with our strategic goals.
  • Reporting: Regularly update management on the pipeline status and provide insights into the outreach efforts.
  • Market Research: Stay informed of industry trends and competitive landscape to enhance outreach strategies.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and managing databases.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Persistent and proactive mindset with a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
