Currently we are looking for:


Jr RPA Analyst

As a Jr RPA Analyst you will be working together with our more experienced RPA Analysts to analyze and assess business processes from an automation perspective. Your main goal is to assist our clients in defining process automation candidates and delivering RPA projects. In your day-to-day work you will be in close interaction with clients ensuring that processes are defined accurately, and the business rules are understood. This includes supporting the creation of documentation, coordinating the project with the RPA Developers and business partners, and gathering approvals from stakeholders. As you grow in your role you will be responsible for investigating new process opportunities where automation can provide value.

✅ have a technical or business degree and worked for 1-2 years in a consultative or business administration role

✅ Have analytical ability, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

✅You speak English fluently and use it in business-related situations.

✅ Eligibility to work in the USA (you are expected to work 8- 5 EST hours) - you will work with customers locally, as well as your colleagues in Europe

It is an added bonus if you are familiar with automation tools such as Power Automate, Blue Prism, or UiPath.

The selected candidates will be invited to the first stage of recruitment process, which is a one-way video interview. The video recording is a compulsory stage and required by our Client.

The salary range for this role 55 000- 70 000 USD (+bonus)
