Job Description:

As a Facebook Meta Expert, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our Facebook advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling ad strategies that align with our business objectives. Your expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads will be crucial in maximizing our digital advertising ROI. Also, you will be expected to handle client-facing interactions, provide regular updates, and participate in weekly calls.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Strategy and Management:

    • Develop and execute Facebook ad campaigns to achieve marketing goals.

    • Conduct thorough audience research to create highly targeted campaigns.

    • Set up and manage campaigns, including budgeting, bidding, and performance monitoring.

  2. Creative Development:

    • Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging ad creatives and copy.

    • Test and iterate on ad creatives to optimize performance.

  3. Performance Analysis and Optimization:

    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).

    • Implement data-driven optimizations to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Conduct A/B testing to determine best practices and strategies.

  4. Reporting and Insights:

    • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.

    • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

    • Create and update PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and internal reviews.

  5. Client-Facing Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding Facebook and Google ad campaigns.

    • Conduct weekly calls with clients to provide updates, discuss performance, and address any concerns.

    • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and meeting campaign objectives.

  6. Google Ads Management:

    • Assist in managing Google Ads campaigns as needed.

    • Coordinate with the PPC team to ensure cohesive multi-channel strategies.

    • Leverage Google Ads for retargeting and complementing Facebook campaigns.



Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in managing Facebook ad campaigns.

  • Proven expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant tools.

  • Experience with Google Ads, including campaign setup, management, and optimization.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.

  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
