The role

At Recorrido, we’re looking for an Email Marketing Manager to oversee all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including market research, content creation, and copy dissemination.

What you can expect from the opportunity

  • Produce and execute all email and notification campaigns, including building campaigns from templates, copywriting, asset coordination, QA, and scheduling.
  • Support various strategic programs via manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle, including prospecting, win-back, nurturing, post-purchase, loyalty, retention, surveys, and transactional emails.
  • Build effective target audiences and segments for every message to drive engagement and revenue performance against KPI goals.
  • Manage and execute email & notification campaigns on the marketing calendar and ensure alignment with business priorities, demand forecasts, and internal stakeholders.
  • Devise and execute A/B tests, manage the testing calendar, record results, and advise on improvements to drive performance lift.
  • Work with designers and content team to optimize email creative and template structure based on best practices.
  • Optimize email and notification frequency between program touchpoints to minimize database churn (including marketing campaigns, triggered emails, promotional emails, and transactional emails) and maximize lead generation
  • Provide regular campaign performance reports that track key metrics: opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, revenue lift, unsubscribes, etc.
  • Apply email marketing software (e.g., Iterable) and other tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to maximize results

Who you are:

  • 7 years specializing in email marketing - leading and managing campaigns and programs (Email Marketing, Campaign, Automation, E-Commerce - Specialist, Manager or Director)
  • Creative thinking and ideation with excellent writing and proofreading skills
  • Experience with email automation tools and other platforms (e.g., CRM, analytics)
  • Thorough understanding of the customer journey
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, etc.
  • Excellent collaboration with the digital marketing specialist, designers, etc.
  • Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Analytic thinking and reporting skills
