Are you Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement expert?

We are looking for a professional and engaging Dynamics 365 customer engagement functional consultant for our Data & Dynamics team to be based out of our Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, or Calgary branch! You will use your deep and expert knowledge of sales, marketing, customer service, field service, and project service automation processes

A Day in the Life:
  • Support D365 Customer Engagement portfolio by working with customers and internal stakeholders (business clients, business analysts, developers, architects, other consultants), defining customer solutions, and delivering engagements that are innovative and exceed business requirements
  • Align with clients to build long term relationships that further business value for both the client and Long View
  • Analyze complex requirements and implement D365 solutions that are aligned with industry-accepted best practices
  • Stay abreast of changes and opportunities as they pertain to the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement product suite
  • Ensure technology designs and implementations solve clients’ requirements and challenges
  • Follow Agile best practices using DevOps including contributing to the creation and grooming of a program backlog of features and tasks

  • What You Bring:
  • 3+ years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
  • 3+ + years of industry domain experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Insurance, Government, or similar
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile Frameworks
  • Experience utilizing Azure DevOps
  • Strong understanding of core Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing.
  • Proven expertise with Dataverse and the Power Platform
  • Experience extending Dynamics 365 solutions utilizing Power Platform
  • Ability to effectively communicate to different audiences including internal and external stakeholders and peers clearly and concisely in written, oral and various presentation formats and situations
