Flow is looking for Counsel to support exciting Digital and Product initiatives! You will have an opportunity to work with talented technologists who see things differently and build with innovation. Responsibilities Provide product, engineering, and other business teams with legal advice across subjects including regulatory, consumer protection, IP, privacy, and other global legal frameworksWork alongside digital development teams to navigate and reconcile competing priorities in development and launch of digital productsResearch, monitor, and communicate regarding multi-jurisdictional regulatory and compliance issuesProvide legal support to various initiatives, including but not limited to community commerce, social media, publications, contests/give-aways, on and off-site experiences, etcEngage as needed with regulatory authorities at the municipal, state, and federal levelsApply for and maintain applicable licenses and regulatory approvalsDevelop internal policies and procedures, process controls, and testingProvide clear advice on legal, operational and commercial issues and risksDraft policies, procedures, and handbooksReview, mark up, and manage contractsManage outside counsel
Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Compliance or as Product Counsel in a regulated industryDetail-oriented and organizedAble to set and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesStrong communications skills, both written and oralHighly ethical and able to question and defend with an open mindIn-house experience a plus!Benefits
