An amazing opportunity exists, to work with a Global Mentor, Investor, Philanthropist and Best-Selling Author as an experienced, vibrant, and high-energy Client Engagement Specialist .

Reporting to the COO you will be a self-starting, highly organised and experienced, confident Client Engagement Specialist . Your professionalism and approach are a high priority, in this Business-to-Business operation. 

Job Summary: As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting potential clients with our business education coaches. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule appointments for our coaching sessions by effectively communicating the value of our services and building rapport with prospective clients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Outreach: Utilize various channels such as phone calls, emails and messages to reach out to potential clients who have expressed interest in our services or fit our target demographic.
  2. Qualification: Conduct brief introductory conversations with prospects to understand their needs, assess their suitability for our coaching programs, and qualify them as potential leads.
  3. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for interested prospects to speak with our success coaches, ensuring that appointments are accurately recorded in our CRM system.
  4. Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up communication with leads who have not yet scheduled appointments, nurturing relationships and addressing any concerns or objections they may have.
  5. Documentation: Keep detailed records of all communications and interactions with prospects in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, strategies, and goals for lead generation and appointment setting efforts.



Requirements
  1. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate the value proposition of our coaching services persuasively and professionally.
  2. Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting preferred, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  3. Self-Motivated: Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
  4. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and open to learning and implementing new strategies and techniques.
  5. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other productivity tools to manage leads and track progress. Previous experience in HubSpot is desirable.
  6. Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic, energetic, and resilient, with a passion for helping others succeed in their business endeavours.


Benefits
1.  Monthly Salary: Php 40,000
2.   Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3.   You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4.   Probation: 6 months and after Probation            

  • 10 days annual leave credits
  • 5 days of sick leave

5. HMO offered after 6-months Probation
6. 13th Month Pay after 30 days
7. Annual Appraisal
8. Laptop provided after 30 days
9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
10. SHIFT TIMES: 7AM to 4PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday

Php40,000
