Job role

The Senior Auditor will lead/execute audits on all the processes of the Holding (70% of the time). At the same time he or she will support the steering and monitoring of the Region through involvement in audit functional enablement activities (30%).

 

What will you do 

  • Responsible for the professional handling of audit assignments, including:
  • Detailed planning
  • Preparation of audit work
  • Execution of audit fieldwork
  • Preparation and delivery of the draft audit report
  • Preparation of the final audit report
  • Close of the audit on TM+
  • Follow up on audit findings
  • Identify business risks and deficiencies in the internal control environment and formulate proposals for solutions;
  • Manage communication with stakeholders from all hierarchy levels and act as a business partner in a multicultural environment;
  • Support the development of Regional audit methods and processes, and actively participate in Regional reporting, monitoring and quality assurance:
  • Perform quality assurance testing as defined in the Regional Quality Assurance program.
  • Perform regular monitoring activities as defined in the CE Regional Audit Manual (e.g. KPI, overdue monitoring)
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly or ad-hoc CE audit reporting to GAUD and Regional CAE, support Regional CAE in the preparation of Board / SB and other committee reporting

 

What you bring

  • More than 5 years’ experience in internal controls/auditing
  • University degree.
  • Excellent usage of Microsoft suite
  • Knowledge of the insurance business
  • Data analysis skills

 

You have

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactivity in identifying shortcoming and propose solution
  • Project management skills
  • Fluent English spoken and written
  • Excellent knowledge of the TeamMate+ is a plus
  • Certifications (CIA, QAR) are a plus
