Your missions

This is a remote position.

Scope

  • Full-time: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM EST (9PM to 6AM Manila Time) with 1 hour unpaid lunch break

  • Primarily focused on booking estate planning consultations

  • May assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with leads from webinars and social media campaigns

  • Qualify prospects and book estate planning consultation appointments

  • Record prospect information and appointment details accurately

  • Communicate professionally with prospects over the phone

  • Perform administrative ad hoc tasks

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication and phone skills

  • Ability to build rapport and handle objections

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Familiarity with CRM/scheduling software
