• Guide new students through the registration process, offering assistance and ensuring all necessary steps are completed.

• Manage and maintain the organizational calendar, scheduling appointments, deadlines, and events efficiently.

• Send timely text reminders to students and staff, ensuring effective communication of important updates.

• Distribute pre-prepared proposal letters to relevant parties, ensuring professional and prompt communication.

• Organize and schedule meetings, coordinating availability and preparing any necessary materials.

• Provide support with lesson planning, assisting in the creation, organization, and updating of educational materials.
