Your missions

This is a remote position.

This company is seeking an experienced and strategic Accounting Manager to lead and oversee a team of accounting professionals. The Accounting Manager will ensure accurate financial reporting, manage day-to-day accounting operations, and support the business in maintaining the highest level of financial integrity. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, be detail-oriented, and have a thorough understanding of accounting principles and regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily accounting operations of the team.
Perform monthly reconciliations of financial statements.
Prepare and analyze financial projections and market trends.
Provide financial advice and consulting to clients on strategies and trends for strategic growth
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data.
Represent the company in client interactions, maintaining a high level of service and professionalism.
Develop and implement effective accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

Proven 4-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a US accounting environment.
Proficient in QuickBooks
Ideally, you have good knowledge of US accounting, including GAAP standards.
Ability to perform financial analysis and projections accurately.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1/C2).
Strategic orientation and meticulousness in work, with attention to detail.
Ability to effectively interact with clients, including participation in meetings and presentations.
Desirable experience in mentoring and staff development.
Bonus if you have some US tax experience with S-Corps, Schedule Cs, Partnerships, & C-Corps
