What You Will Do:

  • Providing exceptional technical support via calls and emails
  • Resolving L1 and L2 support inquiries
  • Performing technical configuration tasks
  • Conducting troubleshooting
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Fluent German (at least C1, written and verbal) and English (B2)
  • Knowledge of IPV4 protocol
  • Basic network knowledge
  • Basic Firewall knowledge
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Will be a great plus:

  • Technical background
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Degree in computer science or information technology
