We are looking for a Corporate Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team.

About The Role

  • Provide advice and strategic support to the entire monday.com team on a range of legal issues, with a focus on Israeli and US Securities Law, M&A as well as best practices in the ESG sector.
  • Advise on various legal matters, such as: corporate matters, securities law, M&A, ESG etc.
  • Provide ongoing support to the different stakeholders in the company, both in Israel and worldwide.
  • Manage agreements and business activities that comply with company policies and risk tolerance.
  • Manage multiple deals and support colleagues in Israel and internationally, with sound business and legal judgment and a clear sense of company priorities.
  • Provide general legal support to various departments in the company on an as-needed basis.



Requirements

  • 3-5 years (post internship) of relevant legal experience as an in-house lawyer in a legal department of a high-tech company or in the commercial/Hi-tech department of a leading law firm.
  • Experience with Corporate and Securities Law (Israel and US) – A must
  • Experience in drafting and structuring M&A documents - A must
  • Proficiency in legal research across multiple jurisdictions – A must.
  • Mother Tongue English - A must
  • Ability to speak and write Hebrew fluently – A must
  • Experience with ESG matters – An advantage.
  • Experience with Sanctions compliance - An advantage.
  • Ability to manage several simultaneous projects under deadline pressure; excellent legal and business judgment and strategic thinking, team-player with outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Exceptionally strong communication and interpersonal skills; and the ability to coordinate effectively and gain trust and confidence with personnel at many different levels.
  • Efficient and creative problem-solver.
