Job Title: Customer Service Representative / Call Center
Location : Honolulu HI 96813
Duration: 12+ months (possibilities of extension)
Shift timing- Monday to Friday 8:00am to 05:00pm

Position Objectives
  • The Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing quality telephone support to our customers, both internal and external to Client, supporting calls from different business offerings within the Hawaii Operations.
  • They provide remote customer assistance using telephone diagnostics software for technical problems.
  • They ensure Quality by following Client Call/System processes.
Key Accountabilities
  • Answer customer service calls in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Input customer information into a computerized database.
  • Oversee the Call Activity in the Center and take ownership in closing the loop on issues. Work closely with the Service Scheduling Specialist to deliver a high level of service to our customers.
  • Place CRU/Supply/Will Call orders for our customers.
  • Provide timely resolution to customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries.
  • Know the various business systems (FWSS, Voyageur, EMP, CAPS, OLI, ISRVE, FIC, and XPS).
  • Work effectively in a team environment, meet and exceed performance targets, and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Candidate Requirements
  • Good telephone skills and practice good interactive skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to resolve issues under the guidance of our policies, processes, and internal controls.
  • Acute attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Should be a team player and flexible to assist others when workload is high.
  • Must have good PC skills and be comfortable with MS Office applications.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently in high-pressure situations.
Educational Requirement
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
