The Electrification Program Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing program execution and driving success in accelerating the growth of 0-emission vehicles driving with Bolt. This individual leverages strong program area expertise, fosters collaboration across functions and leads a program team to achieve their goals. They are responsible for developing and managing program plans, mitigating risks, adapting to changing circumstances and ensuring measurable results.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

- <point>Supporting the preparation and roll-out of Electrification strategy and initiatives globally, with a focus on EV charging initiatives</point>
- <point>Enhancing data & processes to enable effective tracking and communication of Bolt’s efforts in increasing the amount of 0-emission vehicles driving on our platform</point>
- <point>Acting as POC for local teams on initiatives execution</point>
- <point>Gathering Electrification best practices and facilitate info sharing across markets</point>
- <point>Regularly tracking, reporting and conducting benchmarking of Electrification metrics across all markets</point>

- <point>You have more than 5 years of previous experience working in Project Management, ideally within the field of Electric Mobility</point>
- <point>You have demonstrated an expertise in a relevant program area</point>
- <point>You have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time and within budget</point>
- <point>You have strong leadership and interpersonal skills</point>
- <point>You have excellent communication and collaboration skills</point>
