About the job


We are looking for a dedicated Associate Technical Specialist to champion the high standard of excellence demonstrated by our team daily. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and a desire to help customers succeed. As an Associate Technical Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with timely and effective solutions to their technical challenges.

 

Salary range for this job: gross 600,000 - 800,000 HUF /month


 Main responsibilities

  • Responding to our customer's concerns through email-based tickets
  • Walking customers through any difficulties they may encounter in Bitrise
  • Collaborate with teammates to solve customer cases and projects
  • Arm customers with product knowledge and the technical know-how to make them self-sufficient Bitrise champions of their organizations
  • Contribute to team innovation by taking part in team projects
  • Investigate and troubleshoot build logs, build processes and workflows
  • Suggest code changes that would help resolve or improve builds
  • Escalate high-complexity issues to the appropriate team after exhausting troubleshooting options
  • Complete QA’s on teammates to provide feedback on completed tickets
  • Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to stay updated on the product and provide feedback to help shape our product roadmap
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices, allowing you to act as a subject matter expert within the team  and for our customers 
  • Proactively identify and deliver change to improve how the support team operates


Requirements

 

  • Self-motivated and driven, able to work remotely with minimal oversight
  • Customer first mentality; the desire and ability to make sure the customer is completely taken care of
  • Ability to simplify complex steps and instructions for our customers
  • Ability to determine the source of a problem and find an effective solution
  • Understanding of the benefits and challenges of CI/CD
  • Experience in codesigning methods for both iOS & Android with the ability to troubleshoot common issues in codesigning configurations
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (eg.: Bash and/or Python, Go) to be able to debug scripts
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A driven, enthusiastic and “can do” attitude coupled with the desire of end-to-end ownership
  • Basic technical skills to confidently discuss customer issues and the desire to continue learning!
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
