🧑‍💻 What you will do: 

  • Facilitate and ensure alignment with the Scrum framework by coordinating and leading all ceremonies. 
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and code reviews. 
  • Guide and support the agile development team's efforts toward successful project delivery. 
  • Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship. 
  • Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing and promoting good practices related to performance, quality, security, and responsiveness. 
  • Identify and encourage opportunities for growth and improvement within the team. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate different components of the platform. 
  • Identify and prioritize refactoring activities to enhance performance, scalability, availability, reliability, and security. 
  • Create clear and detailed specifications that document design decisions. 
  • Identify and resolve the root causes of issues. 

 


💪 Skills we are looking for: 

  • Sportsbook experience. 
  • Strong expertise in the Scrum framework. 
  • At least 1 year of experience in a team lead or similar senior position. 
  • Proficient in .NET Core and MS SQL. 
  • Solid technical knowledge of Angular framework. 
  • Extensive experience in microservice architecture. 
  • Familiarity with CQRS patterns and Domain-Driven Design. 
  • Expertise in messaging systems, particularly Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus. 
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes. 
  • Proficient in Azure DevOps, especially in CI/CD pipeline management. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Outstanding communication skills and a strong team collaboration mindset. 
  • Fluent in English with full professional proficiency. 

 


⭐️ Plus points: 

  • Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Couchbase. 
  • Prior work with Application Performance Management tools (APMs).
