Qualifications:
1-2 years customer service experience, Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word, Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience, Knowledge of retirement plan administration, Experience with DST platform is a plus.
Key responsabilities:
- Responds to inquiries via phone and email promptly
- Acts as a liaison for sponsor or client requests
- Makes outbound calls to resolve issues
- Assists with special projects and supports colleagues
- Trains other employees as needed
