Description

Are you a dedicated Estate Planning Attorney with expertise in taxable trusts? This remote position offers flexibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact while contributing to personal injury cases across Oregon.

Responsibilities

  • Client Intakes: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Draft Estate Plans: Create comprehensive estate plans, including taxable trusts, tailored to each client’s unique situation.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Estate Planning and Taxable Trusts. Sole practitioners are encouraged to apply!
  • Skills: Expertise in drafting estate plans and trusts, proficiency in document preparation, and a strong understanding of Estate and Elder Law in Oregon.
  • Client Interaction: Ability to effectively communicate and work with clients.
  • Organization: Proven ability to meet deadlines and stay organized.
  • Independence: A self-starter who can work independently and efficiently.

  • Job Type: Contract, Part-time
  • Pay: \(75.00 - \)85.00 per hour
  • Expected Hours: 11 - 20 per week
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday

Requirements

  • License: Must have an Oregon State Bar License (bonus if you hold licenses in Idaho, Washington, or both).
