The Role

Responsabilities
Schedule appointments, meetings and conferences, travel accommodations and prepare travel itineraries and documents
Negotiate with vendors and review contracts for event planning
Keep record of standard correspondence for review, and prepare replies to routine inquiries using standardized formats, referring complex inquiries to manager
Manage telephone calls/voicemail activity and communicate messages when needed
Prepare and manage T&E expense reports and summaries
Provide general administrative support; ordering office supplies, coordinating with third party vendor, organize office moves, coordinate with facilities
Liase with HR in regard to onboarding/offboarding

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent education
3+ years in administration related field
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
Experience of working with tools like Word, Outlook, Skype for Business, SharePoint etc.
