About The Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the go-to person for supporting our team members and agents with professionalism and efficiency. You'll interact directly with the sales team, both internal and external customers, and our IT department. If you’re adept at managing multiple projects, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and are excited to take on new challenges, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders, including in-house and high-profile agents, as well as senior management.
  • Monitor and manage internal support queues, handling inquiries with care and precision.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Managers and Sales Representatives to meet account performance objectives, exceed client expectations, and ensure swift problem resolution.
  • Develop expertise in our proprietary systems, agency operations, and title software.
  • Assist with onboarding new agents and support the internal audit team.
  • Handle incoming calls, provide support, or direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Prepare reports as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Experience in title insurance or customer support is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify, prioritize, and solve problems effectively.
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, title software, and Jira preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
