Responsibilities

• Lead Component Design: Oversee the design of components for web applications and contribute to the development of new applications and services within the broader capability suite.
• Prototype Development: Design and build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to be handed off to development teams.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with application development leads and developers to ensure alignment with architectural vision.
• Mentorship and Training: Assist and train development teams on technologies and best practices.
• Evaluate Innovations: Explore new software practices, technologies, tools, and libraries to enhance future development efforts.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 8+ years in software development, including 4+ years in architecture and 3+ years with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
• Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, UX design, C#/.NET, REST API design, and greenfield application development.
• Best Practices: Strong background in promoting software engineering best practices (code standards, reviews, testing, Agile).
• Knowledge: Awareness of current software development trends, including languages, architectures, security, and infrastructure.
• Communication: Excellent skills in translating business needs into technical specifications and collaborating effectively within a team.
