This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your project management and analytical skills in guiding program schedules from inception to completion. The selected candidate will effectively manage and analyze complex program schedules while ensuring efficient resource utilization.
In This Position, You Will Be Responsible For
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining organizational program schedules.
- Collaborating closely with program leadership to review contracts and manage project cost accounting.
- Performing tactical planning using tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and Risky Project.
- Engaging with cross-functional teams to gather various program data and analyze key metrics.
- Preparing briefing and decision documentation aimed at meeting program goals and quality standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with DoD acquisition processes and analytical methods.
- 3+ years of experience in building, managing, and analyzing Integrated Master Schedules and metrics.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Project.
- 3+ years of experience in creating Program Roadmap visuals.
- A Secret clearance.
- High school diploma or GED.
Nice to Have
- Experience working on cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with Milestone Professional.
- Top Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Certifications like Scrum Master, PMP, or DAU PM Level III.
Clearance

The projected salary range for this position is \(75,600 to \)172,000 annually, which reflects typical salaries for this role and is part of our total compensation package.
Work Model
We prioritize flexibility and collaboration, whether in person or remotely. In remote or hybrid positions, you may occasionally work from a client site or office. For onsite roles, you will work directly with colleagues and clients as needed.
