What You'll Do

• Collaborate & Support: Partner with team members and stakeholders to define key business metrics, gather requirements for insights, and support their implementation across the organization.
• Data Pipeline Development: Contribute to designing and building data pipelines and dashboards to meet stakeholder needs, while maintaining and enhancing existing data infrastructure.
• Documentation & Feedback: Create and maintain clear documentation to educate users and gather feedback to improve data solutions.
• Streamlining Processes: Identify and implement ways to enhance the efficiency of data processes, optimizing SQL queries and data workflows to reduce data landing time.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to pinpoint data needs and gaps, collaborating on effective solutions.
• Project Support: Assist with project execution from start to finish, anticipate challenges, and provide thoughtful support to your team.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in data analytics.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with business intelligence tools such as Cognos, Tableau, or Power BI. Skilled in SQL or other data querying platforms and knowledgeable in cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a passion for understanding and explaining data-driven insights.
