Description

Are you passionate about leading engineering teams and developing innovative software solutions? In this full-time remote position, you will play a key role in building and maintaining our payment engine platform, guiding a talented team, and ensuring the highest standards of code quality.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily activities for the engineering team, focusing on building and maintaining our payment platform.
Write clean, high-quality code that is both testable and efficient, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Provide leadership and support to your team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Required Qualifications

8 years of experience in web application development.
At least 1 year of experience managing and developing engineering teams.
Proven expertise in designing, developing, and supporting scalable web applications and distributed systems.
Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and relational databases.
Strong command of English, with a preference for experience in the FinTech or payment industry.
