About The Role

You will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of data and technology to support meaningful healthcare improvements. Collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to finding innovative solutions to some of the industry’s biggest challenges.

Your Contributions Will Include

  • Collaboration and Support: Partner with team members and stakeholders to define key business metrics and help gather requirements for data-driven insights across the business.
  • Data Pipeline Assistance: Support the design and development of data pipelines and dashboards to meet business needs. Maintain and improve existing data infrastructure as requirements evolve.
  • Documentation and Feedback: Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation. Collect feedback to continually improve data solutions.
  • Streamlining Data Processes: Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows and improve overall efficiency. Assist in optimizing SQL queries and other data processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to identify data needs and gaps, helping to align solutions with business goals.
  • Project Support: Contribute to the successful execution of projects, anticipate potential challenges, and provide thought partnership to your team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics
  • Strong Python skills
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (such as Cognos, Tableau, or Power BI) and data scripting languages
  • Proficiency in querying and analyzing data using SQL or other platforms, along with knowledge of cloud environments like AWS or Azure
  • An analytical mindset with a natural curiosity to uncover and explain data insights

What You Can Expect

  • This is a fully remote role based in the United States.
  • Video interviews will be required, as well as during your first week of orientation.

  • The salary range for this position is \(69,400.00 - \)99,200.00 per year, and the final offer may vary based on factors like location, experience, and internal equity.
